This collection of illustrations was created using Adobe Fresco, reflecting my passion for portrait drawing. Black and white images are used as the foundation of each illustration. I experiment with various color schemes, applying principles of color theory to evoke specific emotions and enhance the overall composition. I focus on the psychological effects of color, using warm hues to create a sense of intimacy or cool tones to evoke calmness. I carefully consider balance and proportion to ensue each element provides to a cohesive and engaging composition.
I strive to bring depth and life to each illustration, inviting viewers to connect with the subjects on a more personal level. This approach enhances the aesthetic quality of my work and also reinforces the narrative I aim to convey through my art.
